The Cornwall July Fourth Celebration is a cherished tradition, bringing together the community in a joyful celebration that has lasted for over seven decades. Each year, the town transforms into a hub of activity, with residents and visitors alike gathering to partake in the festivities. As the sun sets, the anticipation builds, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display that lights up the night sky, a highlight of the evening.

This celebration provided me with the perfect opportunity to hone my skills in low light photography. As the daylight faded, capturing the vibrancy of the event required careful consideration of settings and techniques to ensure the colors remained vivid and the details sharp. Working in low light conditions, especially during the fireworks, pushed me to experiment with longer exposures and dynamic compositions, ultimately allowing me to create images that truly reflect the energy and excitement of the night.
